The LDK Retirement Village project in Greenway, ACT involved the installation of approximately 1.154 MWp of rooftop solar PV across five buildings within the operational retirement village.
PV arrays were distributed across the east and west roof areas of Buildings A to E, with individual system areas ranging from approximately 28 kWp to 202 kWp. The design maximised available roof space while balancing generation across different roof orientations.
The works included electrical and structural design, rooftop PV installation, inverter and electrical infrastructure, network connection requirements, testing, commissioning and project handover, with works coordinated around the ongoing operation of the retirement village.
