Marymead is in Canberra. Arrays sit on community buildings, an administration roof, and a large set of individual units. The first installation used SunPower modules and SMA inverters. Delivery was staged as each building became available.

The layout is a cluster of small systems rather than a single array. The plant uses many SMA SunnyBoy inverters, one SMA CORE1 inverter, and two SMA STP inverters.

Hail damaged the arrays after the first installation. The rebuild removed the damaged modules, replaced cables and balance of system, and fitted SunPower modules. The site was then tested and commissioned.
