EPC Renewables found great satisfaction collaborating with the National Zoo and Aquarium in Yarralumla, primarily due to the intricate nature of the project. To optimize returns for the client, we had to innovate in our approach to installing solar systems across this iconic Canberra landmark. Given the client's constraint of limited rooftop space, we explored unconventional spaces such as the carpark rooftop and ultimately decided on a ground-mounted solution.

In the initial phase, EPC Renewables successfully installed a 200 kW Ground Mount solar system. For the second phase, an additional 100 kW was seamlessly integrated onto the administrative building. Finally, advancing into the third phase, Linked Group completed the mechanical installation of a 250 kW Carpark structure solar system, further enhancing the site's sustainability and energy efficiency.
